You are ready to bring your thoughts, plans, and project knowledge together. These sample documents belong to you now; edit or delete them whenever you want.

Yazora is more than a text editor. You can create rich content, connect knowledge across documents, work in personal or team workspaces, and publish selected content as a read-only web page.

Your First 5 Minutes

  • Rename this document.
  • Type / on an empty line and insert a content block.
  • Type [ and create a link to Weekly Plan.
  • Add a tag to a document and find it again from search.
  • Check these items as you complete them.
  • Work with the Advanced Editor

Type / on an empty line to open the editor's content menu. Choose the structure that fits your work:

    • Headings, numbered and bulleted lists, checklists, quotes, callouts, and dividers
    • Collapsible sections, code blocks, dates, and document links
    • Tables with mergeable cells
    • Images, video, audio, files, and supported embeds

Select text to use formatting tools and Yazora AI actions. You can summarize content, fix spelling and grammar, change its tone, translate it, or prepare a new draft.

Alongside rich-text documents, use a Drawing Board for free-form thinking and a Spreadsheet for structured data and calculations.

    Connect Your Knowledge

Documents in Yazora do not need to stand alone.

    • Type [ to link another document.
    • Links pointing to a document appear as backlinks in its information panel.
    • Headings automatically become a table of contents. Jump directly to a section in a long document or share a link to that section.

Open the Linked Notes section in to see this structure.

    Organize Your Workspace

Every item lives inside the active workspace. A Personal Workspace is your own knowledge area; a Team Workspace adds members, roles, and shared content. Switching workspaces keeps their documents, folders, and working context separate.

    • Separate projects or responsibilities with folders.
    • Use tags to group related documents across folders.
    • Favorite frequently used documents or pin them to the top.
    • Search titles, tags, and document content from one search field.
    • If you are a Team workspace administrator, manage members, storage, AI usage, and data transfer options from workspace settings.

    Manage Privacy and Collaboration

Control access from each document's Privacy settings:

    • Workspace: Active workspace members can access the content.
    • Private: Only you and explicitly authorized users can access it.
    • Viewer: Can read the document but cannot edit it.
    • Editor: Can read and edit the document.

Add comments to the whole document or to a specific block. Use a Private Note when a note should remain visible only to you; even workspace administrators cannot read it.

Make checking a document's privacy status a habit before adding sensitive information.

    Publish to the Web

Turn a rich-text document into a read-only web page with Publish to Web. Publishing does not grant access to your workspace; it shares only the document snapshot created at that moment with readers who have the link.

    • Later document edits do not automatically change the published page.
    • Use Update Published Version when the new version is ready.
    • Generate New Link revokes the old link and creates a new one.
    • Stop Publishing makes the link and published content unavailable.

Document owners and workspace administrators can publish to the web.

    Create, Reuse, and Move Content

    • Create a document, drawing board, or spreadsheet from the Add menu.
    • Bring existing notes and supported archives into Yazora with Import Documents.
    • Start with meeting notes, project plans, weekly plans, and other structures through Select from Templates.
    • Turn a frequently used document into your own workspace template.
    • Inspect and restore earlier versions with Version History.
    • Export one document as Markdown, HTML, or PDF, or export folders and workspace content as a portable archive.

Work Local-First and Stay in Control

Yazora automatically saves changes to your local device and syncs them with your workspace when a connection is available. You do not need a separate save action.

You can keep working with content already on your device when the connection is unavailable. The sync status at the bottom of the sidebar shows pending changes and whether anything needs to be retried. Pending editor changes are flushed locally before leaving a document or switching workspaces.

Yazora provides the same core workspace across web, PWA, desktop, iOS, and Android. In the desktop app, Quick Capture saves a thought as a new document without opening the main window.

    Shape Your Daily Workspace

    • Use Focus Mode to put the sidebar and list in the background and concentrate on the open document.
    • Adjust the editor font and reading width from editor settings.
    • Change the light/dark theme, accent color, application language, and document-list density from application settings.
    • Open document information to see created and updated details, word counts, backlinks, and the table of contents.
    • Add a web address as a block link to create a card with its title, description, and image.
    • View, download, or remove files from the document's attachments area.

Protect Your Data and Go Back When Needed

    • Deleted documents first move to Trash, where you can restore or permanently delete them.
    • Version History lets you inspect and restore an earlier document version.
    • If the same document changes incompatibly on different devices, choose the local or cloud version to resolve the conflict.
    • Export a portable workspace archive or restore a Yazora backup without overwriting existing records from Data & Export.
    • In the desktop app, enable automatic local backups for a folder you explicitly choose.

    Try Something Now

  • Add a callout or collapsible section to this document.
  • Create a table and merge two cells.
  • Open Privacy and inspect the access options.
  • Create a real document link to .
  • Open the document information panel and inspect backlinks and the table of contents.
